Sales Development Representative

An innovative startup in Haifa (near the train, hybrid work model) is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to help grow their business in the European and US markets.
In this role, you’ll be crucial in identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential customers for their AI-powered platform. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a pipeline of promising leads and set up meetings for their sales executives.

What You’ll Do:
* Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
* Qualify incoming leads and research accounts to connect with decision-makers.
* Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the sales team.
* Schedule meetings and product demos with interested prospects.
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events.
* Work with sales and marketing to improve lead generation strategies

* Native English speaker . Additional European languages, especially German, are a big plus.
* 2+ years in sales development or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
* Proven success in meeting sales targets and quotas.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
* A background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a bonus.
