Junior Data Analyst / Delivery Engineer

We are looking for an analytical and self-driven Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about working with big data and solving complex business challenges through data analysis.

In this role as Delivery Engineer, you will use your knowledge and skills to conduct both recurring and ad hoc analysis, providing valuable insights to support the company’s decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Business Understanding & Data Analysis:
Understand the day-to-day business challenges and use data to provide meaningful insights.
Analyze business issues, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Conduct both recurring and ad hoc data analysis, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Data Compilation & Reporting:
Compile, clean, and organize data from various sources to support business objectives.
Translate business problems into quantitative analysis, deriving actionable insights.
Data Visualization:
Develop and design clear, effective visualizations and dashboards using BI tools to present data in a user-friendly way.
Communicate complicated data in a straightforward manner, simplifying insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of data analysis experience or relevant internships.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex data-related problems.
The following are a significant advantage:
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
Experience using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and methods.
