Cotrol & Algorithm Team Leader

A talented Avionics Engineer - Responsible for designing, developing, and testing avionics systems for aerospace applications. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and functionality of avionics components within our aircraft. • Deriving system requirements for flight algorithms (control, guidance, navigation, estimation) and the required performance for flight function, sub-functions/components/models, and writing them into specifications. • Managing the development team, with professional responsibility and accountability for all tasks and work products, leading the development processes of flight algorithms according to work plans, and delivering software versions. • Responsibility for the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of flight algorithms developed within the group, partnering with subsystem/function leaders, participating in the planning of system experiments and test arrays. • Coordinating and prioritizing development areas of the subsystems composing the flight system. • Performing analyses and tests to mitigate risks in meeting the flight function requirements. • Participating in experimental processes and leading the process of decoding flight system performance in tests. • system tests, integration, and preparations for tests and system delivery, • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Aeronautics/Electrical Engineering/Mathematics/Physics. Preference for a Master's degree (at least one year completed). • At least 5 years of experience in control systems development or 3 years of experience as a system engineer. • Experience in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++. • Ability to work independently, previous managerial experience will be an advantage.
