Product Lead

What you will be doing
• Maintain the vision of the product while supervising product managers who focus on elements of the product and various features
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and delivery, including research, requirements, prioritization and development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and conceptualize project goals
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, collect and manage requirements and feedback from various internal and external customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, UX/UI, Data, QA, Marketing, and Sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations

• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, Monday, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
