What you'll do

The NOC team member will be responsible for monitoring the operations of SAP Customer Data Cloud services. Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and distributing KPI metrics related to Customer Data Cloud performance to higher management.

The position is part-time and will consist of 3-4 shifts per week (including weekends and holidays) during the mornings, evenings and overnights.

You will troubleshoot and proactively respond to any system issues.

What you bring

Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, System Information or equivalents.
Computer skills: Solid fundamentals in general computing.
Language skills: fluent in English.
Soft skills: Expert in organizing, creative
