Responsibilities: Identify and seize New Business, identify and seize opportunities to enhance customer value through our products and services. Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients. Proactively identify and close up-sell and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. Drive the success and renewal process for a portfolio of valued clients. Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to negotiate and structure renewal contracts, ensuring optimal renewal rates. Maintain the long-term health and satisfaction of client accounts. Implement growth and optimization strategies to maximize value and success within our customer base. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in software subscription sales. Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas, particularly with large enterprise customers. Experience supporting pre-sales cycles and proficiency in Salesforce and Advanced Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
