Logz.io is looking for a self-driven, energetic, super positive and service-oriented Office Administrator to join our TLV startup! If you have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a wide range of requirements - this is the place for you! In this role, you will work with our Operations team to execute administrative and logistical tasks, as well as other responsibilities that are required to the company’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Front desk - Welcome guests, vendors ,receiving packages.
Handle and monitor deliveries in Israel and abroad
Operate professional vendors related to office’s equipment, refreshments, cleaning, maintenance, and more.
Support administrative and operational needs in Logz.io’s sites globally
Handle and coordinate flights and travel arrangements for management.
Assistance in producing welfare events for the company
Requirements
1-2 years experience in administrative role (Suitable also for students with some prior office experience)
Minimum 75% part-time position
On-site work during regular business hours. Mandatory workdays are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with flexibility on either Sunday or Thursday
High-level English both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with high attention to details
Able to multitask under pressure
Responsible, proactive and dynamic
Administrative experience from a Hi-Tech company - advantage
