AI Engineer

We’re hiring: AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer – LLM & RAG

We’re looking for an early-career AI Engineer with strong Python skills, a research-oriented mindset, and Full Stack capabilities to join the development of an LLM & RAG-based system already running in Production.
The role combines Applied AI / Data Science with hands-on software development and offers broad ownership over new AI capabilities.

What you’ll do?
Develop and improve RAG pipelines, including embeddings, retrieval and ranking
Evaluate retrieval models, build evaluation datasets and define relevant metrics
Work with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
Research, experiment and bring new AI capabilities into Production
Develop Backend in Python and support Full Stack, Frontend and infrastructure tasks
Integrate LLMs into existing applications and systems
דרישות התפקיד:
Must have
Up to 2 years of professional experience in Software Development, AI or Data Science
Strong Python/React and solid software engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and Prompt Engineering
Good understanding of ML/Data Science principles, including model evaluation, metrics and dataset validation
Full Stack development experience
Relevant academic degree or equivalent practical experience
