Digital Controllership (CPA) Manager

The Controllership practice in Deloitte's Advisory division is looking for a CPA for a challenging management position!

The consulting division at Deloitte needs a CPA for a challenging management position. The practice combines work around the worlds of finance and technology and focuses on the areas of streamlining processes, accounting consulting, application of technological tools and working with other teams and Deloitte clients in Israel and around the world. As part of the job:

• Consulting in projects that combine aspects of information systems, accounting, actuarial and business processes, while long-term integration in the consulting division (including going to a senior management track).
• Building work interfaces with clients and a deep understanding of the client's needs.
• Managing and building a team, while mentoring and constantly developing the consultants in their career path.
• Business development and work within a local and global team.
• Ability to present and talk in front of senior levels at the customers.

Your skills and experience:

• Certified CPA (4-7 years of experience) - mandatory
• English at a very good level - mandatory
• Knowledge and familiarity with the field of finance and accounting (banks and insurance companies) - a significant advantage
• Familiarity with information systems - experience with SAP systems (a significant advantage for familiarity with FPSL and knowledge of BI systems - a significant advantage
• Knowledge and familiarity with the IFRS 17 standard - a significant advantage
• Knowledge and familiarity with large organizations and horizontal processes - an advantage
• Ability to learn independently and grow head, dealing with challenges, high motivation for learning and entering new fields
