IT Engineer

Zero Networks, an innovative network security solutions provider, is at an exciting time in its history and is growing fast! We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile IT Engineer to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the IT strategy and will manage the IT day-to-day needs across the company. As part of your role, you will also collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to continuously develop, implement, and maintain our IT technology and security programs.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an IT Engineer, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of practical problem-solving.
Experience working with MDMs, Identity Providers (Intune, JAMF / Entra ID, Okta).
Hands-on experience and knowledge of 'Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace' platforms.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows devices.
Hands-on experience with IaaS platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
Hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized with close attention to details.
Willing to grow, develop and learn independently

Responsibilities:

Own the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, on Windows and macOS devices.
Administering and troubleshooting SaaS services (Microsoft365, Google Workspace, MDM, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.)
Implement new technologies.
Supporting remote employees globally
Conduct employees Onboarding and Offboarding.
Manage IT equipment and stock.
Create and maintain detailed users and IT documentation.
