Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior User Acquisition manager to drive growth across our self-serve and enterprise segments. You'll take full ownership of our acquisition channels and optimize our marketing funnels to help scale Powtoon's multi-million dollar revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on own and optimize all user acquisition channels with a focus on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Pmax), Meta, and LinkedIn
Drive and optimize self-serve and enterprise acquisition funnels, with a focus on product-led growth strategies while maintaining efficient unit economics
Lead strategic initiatives to scale successful campaigns across channels
Build and manage sophisticated attribution models to accurately track user journeys and ROI
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards
Create data-driven user segmentation strategies aligned with our target personas
Craft and optimize compelling ad copy that resonates with our diverse audience segments
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, BI, and marketing teams
Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on PPC experience- Must
Very high level of English proficiency (primary language of communication at Powtoon)- Must
Experience working in a Saas product company - MUST
Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax) and Meta advertising platforms- Must
Strong experience with attribution modeling, marketing measurement, and user journey analysis
Deep understanding of self-serve SaaS acquisition funnels and product-led growth strategies, with proven experience in their optimization and implementation
Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with analytics tools
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in technical field, business, or marketing
