Supply Chain Coordinator - Student position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Global Supply Chain team. You will play a key role in ensuring our operational excellence, from procurement and international freight to final delivery.
This is a 60% position, offering a great opportunity to join a leading High-Tech company and gain hands-on experience in a global environment.

What you'll do

Order Management: Execute monthly purchase orders (POs) and manage ongoing communication with global suppliers. This includes processing vendor invoices, verifying pricing against contracts, and ensuring timely approvals to our Finance department.
Global Logistics & Freight Coordination: Coordinate incoming deliveries and align inventory movements across global warehouses. Responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders and tracking sea & air freight shipments to ensure timely arrival.
Operational Support for Customer Service: Act as the focal point for the Customer Service team, providing information for delivery issues, lost shipments, or logistics issues.
B2B Fulfillment and performance: Monitor and manage the order queue releasing stuck orders. Monitor the in-country shipping performance via post-purchase tracking platforms to identify bottlenecks and optimize the process.

What you bring

At least 2-3 semesters left until the completion of your B.A./B.Sc. in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications.
Highly organized, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Fluent written and spoken English - a must.
Self-motivated and independent
Fast learner.
