Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning & Control:

• Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts
• Ensure product availability across company warehouses and distributors

Inventory Forecasting & Procurement Coordination:

• Plan and execute purchase orders
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and distributors
• Analyze gaps and implement process improvements in inventory management and control

Operations Support:

• Assist the Operations Manager with ongoing operational activities
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Relevant experience from academic projects or student positions is highly valued
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
