Consolidation Controller

Gett is looking for a talented Consolidation Controller to join its Global Finance team.

In this role, you will be overseeing the finance and accounting operations globally.

Responsibilities:

Optimizing and automating reports and processes within the organization and on IT systems.

Assist in preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of all subsidiaries

Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.

Assist and manage new processes as required

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Reviewing and implementing work procedures within the departments

Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as required

Provide analytical analyses as needed

Helping with ad-hoc projects

Assist the entities with the consolidation system functions

Work directly with external audit team during year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported

Requirements

CPA with a Big 4 firm experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in global companies.

Knowledge and experience in IFRS

Strong analytical skills.

Positive, can-do attitude, combined with a sense of commitment and strong team player.

Outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Excellent Excel skills.
