About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and executing comprehensive QA strategies and test plans to ensure the highest standards of product quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in shaping the company’s testing frameworks and quality processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and verify our Driver and Cabin Monitoring solutions. This includes embedded systems, real-time video processing, and machine learning applications.

What You Need to Be Successful

+ 5 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a highly regulated industry such as Automotive, Medical Devices, or Aerospace – must.
Proven experience in testing embedded systems and real-time applications.
Strong expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, including:
System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing
Hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., DOORS, CodeBeamer).
Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for test automation and system validation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Bonus Points if You Have

Experience testing applications that incorporate Machine Learning or Deep Learning models, including model validation, edge deployment, and performance evaluation.
Familiarity with functional safety and ASPICE standards.
Exposure to Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), ADAS, or Cabin Monitoring domains.
