We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automation Team Lead to join our defence team and manage the automation domain

This is a full-time position in Netanya

In this role, you will lead the automation domain, drive the automation strategy, and manage a team of automation engineers.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
Define and implement automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement of automation processes.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in a technical leadership role managing engineering or automation teams.
Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python / Java / Javascript / Playwright
Experience with test automation and CI/CD processes.
Experience building automation infrastructure from scratch.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with AI tools – an advantage.
