FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll be responsible for performing financial planning and analysis to support our business growth and strategic initiatives. You’ll play a key part in the development of various business models, monthly and quarterly report packages for senior management, work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance

• Manage, analyze and control global company expenses. 
• Own the analysis of financial results as compared to prior periods and forecasts. 
• Prepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Support forecast and various ad-hoc projects. 
• Optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.

• At least 3 years of experience as a FP&A / Finance Business Partner.
• Experience in budget control.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. 
• BA in Economics/Accounting. 
• High level of English. 
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Netsuite and Planning tools - Advantage.
