Social & Marketing Specialist

A highly creative, data-driven Social & Marketing Specialist to own our social presence end-to-end and drive engagement and brand impact. Plays a key part in shaping our social channels and building a strong, active community across global markets.

Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Own all social channels end-to-end: content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
Optimize posts and campaigns for maximum engagement and audience growth
Build and maintain a strong, active trading community that drives ongoing conversations
Develop content and experiences that connect users emotionally to the brand
Initiate ideas that encourage user participation, dialogue, and long-term loyalty.
Lead organic initiatives such as webinars, educational events, and special campaigns
Coordinate messaging, content, visuals and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
Work closely with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and the design studio.
Track social performance using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.

2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media channels (agency or in-house)
Native-level English writing and communication skills
Strong understanding of social-first strategies and organic engagement
Proven ability to independently manage channels end-to-end

Advantages:

Experience with marketing funnels or AI-assisted workflows
Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Optimus
