Organizational Consultant

We are looking for a Junior Organizational Consultant at Redel's Demo Account to work with our clients to help them improve their organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker that can identify problems and develop solutions to help our clients reach their goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
2 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, or related field.
High level of knowledge in the field of organizational consulting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to identify areas of organizational improvement.
Develop and recommend solutions that are efficient and effective.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
Conduct research to develop strategic solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field of organizational consulting.
Represent the company in a professional manner.
