Director, Product Design

we are looking for a Director, Product Design.
You will build and lead a full design department, owning the end-to-end user experience across all products. You'll be the connective tissue between product lines-synthesizing a coherent, intuitive experience from a sophisticated set of capabilities. And you'll be the person who defines what great UX looks like in the AI era: not just adapting to AI features, but rethinking how users interact with intelligence-first products.
Beyond the craft, you'll drive real operational change. You'll lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows-not just within the design team, but in close partnership with Engineering-finding ways to compress cycles, ship faster, and create outsized impact. You'll work directly with customers, field teams, PMs, and developers, and you'll lead cross-functional processes that connect design to the business.
