So, whats the role all about?
This Position reports to our Global Vice President of Design and User Experience, the Director, Product Design will lead and Israel design organization as part of our collaborative UX leadership team. You'll build a high-performing team while making strategic design decisions that drive product excellence across our contact center and SaaS solutions.
How will you make an impact?
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make critical design and resource allocation decisions that directly impact our products. Working alongside UX leadership peers in the US and India, you'll help shape our global design vision while building organizational excellence in Israel. Your leadership will blend strategic design thinking with thoughtful team development, as you establish processes that enable your organization to thrive at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. 20+ years of comprehensive UX Design experience with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions
At least 10 years of design leadership experience at an Enterprise level
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
Track record of building and scaling high-performing, diverse design teams
Experience operating as a peer leader in global, distributed organizations
