Senior system Administrator

OMC, Israel's leading company in the field of cloud computing infrastructure, is looking for a Senior system Administrator to lead technical projects and drive innovative infrastructure solutions within the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating data center environments, designing and implementing database replication solutions, managing web servers, and maintaining virtualization infrastructures. You will work across both Linux and Windows environments while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability of critical systems.

At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and infrastructure environments - required.
Proven experience working with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, etc. - optional.
Strong knowledge of networking, communication protocols, and infrastructure systems - advtange.
Hands-on experience working with Linux environments - significant advantage.
Experience with WEB/ PHP -based environments - advantage.
Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-scale infrastructure and production environments.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage ongoing projects and operational tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
