Staff Frontend Engineer (EPM)

We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to help build and scale the user-facing
infrastructure of our fast-growing SaaS enterprise product. In this role, you will own frontend
feature development from initial requirements to final delivery. Operating in a highly
collaborative, agile environment, you will work alongside cross-functional developers and QA
engineers, reporting directly to the Frontend R&D Team Leader.
● Own the Frontend Lifecycle: Take part in feature development from requirement
definition stages to final production deliverables.
● Lead UI Initiatives: Drive and own frontend development efforts within the group,
ensuring high standards of code quality.
● Research & Innovate: Evaluate modern web platforms, UI frameworks, and
cutting-edge frontend technologies to optimize our ecosystem.
● Deliver Excellence: Produce high-quality web applications that meet strict enterprise
security, stability, and performance standards.
● Collaborate in Agile: Work as a core member of a cross-functional team, interfacing
with backend/mobile engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.

● Computer Science degree or Elite alumni graduate or similar experience
● 3+ years of experience building highly scalable, interactive frontend applications using Angular 2+ or React
● Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
● Ability to lead complex technical challenges (high technical capabilities and
independence, excellent design and analytical skills)
● High ability to adopt new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
● Experience with AI usage, including working with Cursor and Claude Code.
● Experience working on large & complex projects
