Facilities Manager

With 900+ employees globally and an R&D center of 160+ employees in Jerusalem, we're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our workplace operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our two-floor Jerusalem office (approximately 200 employees), managing the operations team, outsourced vendors, office maintenance, budget, workplace services, events, and facilities. You'll ensure the office is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and delivers an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operations team and external vendors (cleaning, catering, reception, maintenance, etc.)
Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, and the departmental budget
Coordinate office events, executive visits, and workplace logistics

Native-level Hebrew and English (written and spoken) – Required
5+ years' experience in facilities, workplace, or office operations management, including team leadership
Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues
Experience managing vendors, contracts, procurement, and budgets
Working knowledge of office building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning SaaS platforms
Willingness to respond to occasional after-hours operational needs

Experience managing larger or multi-floor office facilities
Experience supporting workplaces with amenities such as gyms, event spaces, or similar facilities
