Head of Revenue & Sales

An innovative tech company is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and strategic Head of Revenue & Sales to lead and scale its revenue operations.

The Head of Revenue & Sales will own the full revenue cycle driving sustainable growth, leading the transition toward a modern, digital-first sales approach, and building high performing teams across Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand the Revenue & Sales organization (Sales, Training, Customer Success)
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across SaaS and non-SaaS products
Drive the shift toward digital-first, self-service sales while maintaining strong direct performance
Optimize sales operations, processes, and CRM adoption to support scalability
Define and monitor KPIs for data-driven decision-making
Build forecasting models and provide actionable business insights
Inspire, mentor, and develop teams to achieve ambitious goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align business growth strategies

Proven experience in sales, revenue, or operations leadership (SaaS/Tech experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving growth and scaling teams in dynamic environments
Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset (KPI, forecasting, CRM)
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passionate, energetic, and collaborative team player
Experience in digital sales transformation is a strong plus
