Data Scientist Team Lead

We are looking for a Data Scientist Team Lead to lead strategic research initiatives.Lead a high-impact team of researchers within our Research Department. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, people management, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships. You will be responsible for translating research into business impact.
Responsibilities:
Translating research into business impact
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Data Scientists and Researchers.
Master task management and prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Act as the primary technical bridge between the Research team and various departments, including Risk, Engineering, and Business.
Design solutions for the companys core mission using Data Science methodologies from various domains
Ensure the highest standards of code quality, research methodology, and statistical validation.

B.A a related field- Math/CS/Physics/Stats
2+ years of experience as Team Lead Data Scientist
5+ years of experience in Data Scientist, working with tabular data on ML modeling
Running live experiments
Experience in methodological leadership, mentoring
Track record of translating research into business impact
Knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn). Deep understanding of statistics and probability.
