As the Director of Product Design, you aren't here to tweak a few buttons-you are here to overhaul the entire experience.
You will lead the transformation of complex query languages and technical onboarding into a seamless, high-end SaaS experience. You will be the professional backbone for a strong design team, pushing them out of their comfort zones and into their best work.

Leadership Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in a senior management role, leading a team of 4-5+ designers.
Seniority Level: Proven track record as the senior-most design leader in a business unit or organization, responsible for setting the design strategy and standards.
SaaS Expertise: Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale.
Product Overhaul Experience: Demonstrated experience taking a complex, technical product and successfully transforming its UI/UX to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to "stand your ground" and advocate for design-led thinking at the executive level.
