Associate Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Partnerships Manager to support and scale Partner Program.
This role focuses on day-to-day execution, operations, and optimization of affiliate partnerships, while working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams. In this role you'll:
Support onboarding of new affiliates, including account setu

1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking links, UTMs, or performance marketing tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Curious, proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn and grow
Ready to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
