Engineering Manager

2+ years as engineering manager or team lead - with proven experience guiding technical teams through complex product delivery
5+ years as backend or full-stack developer - strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers
Enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning - commitment to exploring how AI transforms fraud detection and security is fundamental to our cultre
Strong leadership and communication skills - able to align cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and translate technical complexity into clear outcomes
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field - solid technical foundation for complex problem-solving
High-scale production system experience - understanding what it takes to build fraud detection that works at millions-of-customers scale
Node, Nest.js, TypeScript experience preferred - familiarity with our core tech stack is a bonus
