Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Salesforce solutions, including security settings, custom objects, and page layouts in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Design and manage advanced automation using Salesforce Flows, ensuring data quality and system integrity.
Provide user support and training, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on business requirements, and build reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
דרישות:
Required Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator.
salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) - advantage.
Strong expertise in Flows, Validation Rules, security, and standard/custom objects.
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of data models, security, and platform limitations.
Excellent English communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
Additional certifications (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Background in large-scale, multi-project or consulting environments.
Location: Tel Aviv / Petah Tikva - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote)
