Engineering Team Leader

Were looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Team Lead to build and lead a full stack data oriented team responsible for developing our DEX platform. You will drive execution excellence, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and other teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready platform that scale.
Youll be joining a growing R&D group with strong technical talent, high delivery standards, and clear leadership support. Youll have the opportunity to shape your teams direction, build impactful infrastructure, and work closely with cutting-edge initiatives and technologies.

3+ Years experience as a team lead or senior engineer with leadership responsibilities
6+ Years experience as a full stack developer with strong backend orientation
Proven experience in building systems involving data pipelines, APIs, and web applications
Strong technical design, system architecture, and debugging skills
Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on involvement in planning and delivery
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-product R&D organization
Experience working with nodes, java and react
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, Kafka, Elasticsearch) - an advantage
