Responsibilities
Build and foster relationships with the companys active community.
Plan engagement strategies across several social media and online channels.
Be responsible for the community development and engagement, including the design and execution of strategy.
Develop a professional, positive and enthusiastic voice to be used when communicating with the online community.
Provide effective research audit of market potential, key barriers to growth, consumer insights, competitive reporting and other key marketing requirements.
Be the focal point between the company and its players, responding to their requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company.

At least 2 years experience managing Social Media platforms
Loves the social media space and has excellent knowledge of social media management tools and trends.
English as a mother tongue.
Organized, flexible and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Highly skilled with social media and online communications.
Experience creating, moderating, or managing forums.
Strong proven analytical skills
