Note: This is a true 50% full-stack position and requires solid experience across both frontend and backend development.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Writing high-quality, readable, testable, and maintainable code.
Assisting in the planning and leading the development of new components as well as renewing existing ones.
Being a proactive team player while working independently in a collaborative environment.
Thinking outside the box, continuously pushing for improvements and optimizations.

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Technological stack: Node.js & React (React - Must)
Strong backend engineer with experience in modern web frameworks and deep system design understanding (NodeJS / Python / C#).
Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Must.
Experience designing and delivering complex features or projects, collaborating with Tech Leads/Architects and multiple teams.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and providing feedback.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including investigating advanced production issues using observability tools.
Databases: MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
GraphQL - Advantage.
Experience with microservices - Advantage.
High-level testing skills - Advantage.
