Affiliate & Influencer Manager

Were looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate & Influencer Manager, youll play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing initiatives and expanding our network of affiliates. Youll manage and optimize affiliate activities, build strong relationships, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance and revenue.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with sales and marketing expertise and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities who is passionate about all things related to affiliate management.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our affiliate program: Evaluate our existing affiliate activities and campaigns. Identify possible solutions and propose improvements to achieve the best results.
Implement strategies to attract both newbie affiliates and top industry affiliates (influencers). Youll need to find them, recruit them, and get them to promote our brand.
Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations,

3+ years of experience as an affiliate manager or in a related field
Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs, preferably in the software or digital marketing industry
Ability to effectively communicate with affiliates and senior management and collaborate with other department members to convey information and resolve issues

Ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth
