Business Analyst

VPG is looking for a Business Demand Planner
Major Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create a unified and aligned demand outlook.
- Lead the S&OP process, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights.
- Analyze market trends, historical performance, and customer data to generate business insights.
- Identify gaps between forecasts and actuals and recommend corrective actions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure product availability and support growth targets.

Main Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field – required.
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or Sales Operations in a
- Proven experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with strong understanding of commercial processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
