The Full Stack Developer - Team Lead - will oversee the full spectrum of development activities across ATE applications. The role demands a blend of continues support, hands-on coding expertise, leadership, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading a Team: Guide a team of developers using Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interface with various teams (developers, DevOps) and support tiers.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and validate team work according to design and requirements.
• Best Practices: Ensure high standards in software development and code quality.
• Hands-On Coding: Participate in design and feature implementation.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Leadership and Mentorship: Passion for leading and mentoring teams.
• Hands-On Development: Strong skills in both backend and frontend development.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
• DevOps Experience: Knowledge of CI pipelines and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Data Handling: Experience with Data Warehouses (DWHs), Data Lakes, and building data pipelines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in React, C#, and Python.
• Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• APIs: Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control.
• CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
