We are looking for a talented and energetic customer service representative, who knows how to create a great customer experience - from first contact with the customer to the end of a process.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Multi-interface work, coordinating logs with contractors / customers / warehouses.
• Work and follow-up with the authorities with emphasis to the electricity company

• Experience of at least two years of call center service - must.
• Experience working in CRM system and Office applications - must.
• Ability to meet goals and work under pressure
• Good human relations and teamwork ability
• High service consciousness - must.
• Good writing and reading ability in English - must
• Additional language - Advantage
• Multi-interface work, coordinating logs with contractors / customers / warehouses.
• Work and follow-up with the authorities with emphasis to the electricity company
• Firm excel skills

Additional Skills:

• High proficiency both in verbal and written in Hebrew.
• Sales orientation - advantage.
• Experienced in routine report monitoring
