The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel is looking for a Fundraising Content Creator (English) to join our Development Team
SPNI is Israel's leading environmental organization, Founded in 1953. This is a pivotal moment for the future of SPNI’s fundraising programs, with both SPNI’s Development Team and Nature Israel (our American Friends of) beginning a new phase of strategic growth.
Job Description:
• Producing Content for Donors in English:
o Develop, write, and submit persuasive grant applications and funding proposals.
o Craft engaging content for newsletters, donor reports, impact updates and social media.
o Support the development of materials for events, presentations, and donor meetings.
• Donor Research
o Research and identify new funding opportunities with foundations, trusts, and private individuals.
o Work with colleagues to prepare LOIs.
• Database Management:
o Maintain accurate donor records in SPNI’s CRM system (Salesforce).
o Help maintain departmental grant and reporting calendar.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and environmental experts, to gather updates and insights for donor materials.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in grant and report writing, preparing fundraising materials for donors and content creation is a bonus, however everyone with proven writing experience is welcome to apply.
• Exceptional English writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and error-free content within tight deadlines.
• Conversational Hebrew.
• Curiosity and tenacity to work with field professionals to deliver informative and compelling products to donors.
• Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Tech savvy. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Mailchimp and Canva a plus.
• Passion for SPNI’s mission.
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A sense of humor is beneficial.
