Restaurant ManagerWhat will I be doing?As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage Restaurant operationsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceManage, train and develop the Restaurant teamManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and PayrollDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenueDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage teamAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenueAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWhat are we looking for?A Restaurant Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
