Product Design Lead

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Design Lead with the creativity and expertise to lead a small, talented team of experienced and fast-moving designers. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping impactful designs for a B2C SaaS product, helping to make a meaningful difference in people's entrepreneurial journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor our design team
• Design end-to-end web platforms, delivering simple, elegant, and user-friendly experiences from concept to launch
• Prioritize, manage, and meet team deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to communicate and articulate design decisions
• Visualize and prototype solutions at various fidelity levels, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, and detailed specifications
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and beta communities
• Design and maintain a scalable and efficient design system across the platform
• Serve as a strong advocate for user needs

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a senior product designer in product-led companies
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience in SaaS and mobile design
• Proven experience mentoring or guiding designers (leadership experience is an advantage)
• Ability to craft quick, effective mockups and deliver clear, intuitive visual designs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A fast learner with a results-driven mindset
• Self-motivated, flexible and agile 
• High level of written and spoken English
• Vast experience using Figma
• B.Des or equivalent degree
