DESCRIPTION

abra R&D is looking for a Help Desk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Providing internal support for a multi-user environment
Working with multimedia rooms
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, communication, endpoint equipment issues and more
Ongoing support in Windows environment
Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in the organization
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 years of experience providing telephone and in-person support to end users
Proven experience in user management and permission granting (Active Directory, Office365 including Exchange)
Experience installing endpoint equipment, handling maintenance and network issues
Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers versions 2012-2019
Experience working with VoIP telephone systems - advantage
Experience working with multimedia rooms - advantage
Experience in field positions - advantage
