COO | Premium Flexible Office Operator | Greater Tel Aviv

A leading Israeli operator of premium flexible workspaces, with a multi-location footprint and long-tenured corporate clients, is looking for a COO to own the operational backbone of the business. Search is confidential — company name disclosed at screening stage.

Type: Full-time, on-site daily with rotation between two locations in greater Tel Aviv
Reports to: CEO

What you'll own:
– Full operations across both locations: site teams, service standards, daily experience, infrastructure and vendor performance
– Lead site managers, IT and facilities — with back-office scope expanding
– Build measurable operations: SLA cadence, response-time discipline, quality reviews, retention metrics
– Make the operation replicable: playbooks, hiring profiles, opening checklists
– Peer to VP Sales & Marketing under the CEO

Requirements:
– Multi-site service operations leadership (3+ locations simultaneously) where daily customer experience was the product – required
– Experience leading leaders (site managers, function heads), not only front-line staff – required
– Built operating systems that outlasted you: process, KPIs, playbooks – required
– Background in service-grade business: flex office, hospitality, premium retail, premium B2B services – required
– Trilingual: Russian, Hebrew, English — all three at business-fluent level – required
– Israeli citizen or permanent resident – required
– On-site daily — non-negotiable – required
