COO- Stealth AI Startup- Tel Aviv

We are a stealth-mode AI startup, backed by leading investors and built by an experienced team.

We are looking for an exceptional COO to join the leadership team and work closely with the CEO in building and scaling the company.

You will turn strategy into execution, lead key cross-company initiatives, establish the operating structures required for growth, and help shape the organization as it scales.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution, thrives in ambiguity, takes broad ownership, and knows how to create structure without creating bureaucracy.

This is not about operating an established company. It is about helping build one.

• Significant leadership experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling technology company.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple functions.
• Strong operational, organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and taking broad ownership in a high-ambiguity environment.
• Experience scaling B2B/enterprise technology companies- a strong advantage.
