We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer who thinks in conversions.
This is not just a design role - it’s a performance-driven position for someone who understands what makes ads work, knows how to iterate fast, and creates assets that drive real results.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

▪️ Designing high-performing static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display
▪️ Creating multiple creative variations for testing and optimization at scale
▪️ Designing email visuals and building flows in Klaviyo
▪️ Analyzing competitors and turning insights into better-performing creatives
▪️ Producing AI-powered assets and refining them into performance-ready designs
▪️ Continuously improving creatives based on data, testing, and performance insights

✅ What You Bring

▪️ 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing design
▪️ Experience working with eCommerce or beauty brands -strong advantage
▪️ Full proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (must)
▪️ Strong understanding of ad formats, platforms, and creative best practices
▪️ Experience with Klaviyo - advantage
▪️ Hands-on experience with AI creative tools – mandatory
▪️ A strong portfolio of marketing/performance ads – mandatory
