Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of Okoora’s FX risk management capabilities. Reporting to the Product Leadership team, this individual will be responsible for translating strategic business needs into actionable requirements, working closely with Okoora’s FX risk management experts, developers, and stakeholders. The role combines market analysis, strategic planning, and technical execution to ensure FX360 remains a market-leading solution for both the Platform for Businesses and Embedded Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development

Collaborate with Okoora’s FX risk management experts to understand business needs and operational requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, including PRDs for the development team.
Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals and timelines.
Conduct thorough testing of FX risk management features before release to ensure quality and performance.

2. Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in FX risk management.
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for FX360, ensuring alignment with Okoora’s long-term vision and client needs.
Work with the Product Leadership team to prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, client feedback, and business goals.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between FX experts, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all functions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate FX360’s value proposition and new feature releases.
Engage directly with key clients as needed to gather feedback and tailor solutions.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish KPIs for FX360’s performance and adoption, ensuring regular reporting to stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements:
