Product Manager

Compie is hiring a Product Manager!

What you’ll do:

• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams and enterprise clients
• Define user experience, gather requirements, write specs
• Support and communicate with business customers
• Design cross-system solutions and oversee End-to-End testing
• Lead deployment of new versions: planning, training, data migration, and client support
• Manage integrations across tech verticals
• Ensure delivery quality and deadlines
• Report to project steering committees

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in global organizations
• Experience with web & mobile systems (3+ years)
• Skilled in UX/UI specs and project management
• Familiarity with development teams and Google Analytics
• Thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Relevant academic background a plus (Tech or Industrial Management preferred)
