Controller

StarkWare is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to support our dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead critical financial operations, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities

Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting close processes, including preparing financial reports for investors.
Develop, implement, and automate key financial policies, procedures, and controls in key reporting processes
Work with the Company’s external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting matters, and other financial issues
Monitor the Order-to-cash process, including reviewing customer agreements, invoices, and collections.
Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements
Track and monitor digital assets balances and transactions
Other tasks, as directed by the Director of Finance

Requirements:

Must have:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and experience with a Big 4 accounting firm
3+ years of Experience post internship in High-tech companies, preferably SaaS
Strong knowledge in US GAAP and experience with auditing high-tech companies
Fluent English
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Strong Excel Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and deadlines
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced start-up environment and meeting multiple deadlines and being a team player.

Nice to have:

Experience with Priority ERP system
Familiarity with the crypto and Blockchain ecosystem
