Your Career

HR Connect serves as the frontline point of contact for our employees, managers, leaders, and contractors inquiries, managing a diverse range of HR-related tasks and supporting different HR functions like Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits.

We’re seeking an HR professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable always being the face of HR.

Your Impact

Answer employees' and managers’ inquiries via email, Service Now, Slack and resolve issues promptly or redirect them to the appropriate team if necessary.
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR team, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. This includes administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, LOA, and record maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Payroll, Recruitment, etc) to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related tasks
Ensure data accuracy by performing data entry and compensation changes, transfers, and other data changes in Workday

Qualifications

Your Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
Customer-service oriented with the ability to address employee inquiries and ensure follow-up and follow-through to employee requests
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and advocate to ensure stakeholder needs are prioritized and addressed
1+ years’ experience in a global environment
A Bachelor’s degree
Basic understanding of HR processes, practices, and employment law
Strong computer skills with HCM systems, preferably Workday (experience with the following tools is a plus: G-suite, ServiceNow, and DocuSign)
