We are looking for an exceptional Director of Product Design to help craft a product that's simple and intuitive and build a culture of excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for building and leading talented, diverse groups of designers and managers and helping shape the design and vision of our product. 

You'll join our Design Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

• Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product designers and managers who consistently deliver high quality output and are well-balanced across a range of design skill sets.
• Drive collaboration to create alignment on priorities and execution of product design.
• Shape the product vision and roadmap alongside company leadership, Engineering and Product peers, for both short-term and long-term.
• Partner closely with a team of Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analysts, UX Writers, UX Researchers and data scientists to deliver high-quality experiences for people across markets, platforms, and product surfaces.
• Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your org is effective, and team members are set up for success with clear and measurable goals. .
• Develop design talent and build a thriving culture where designers grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging.
• Foster a strong, collaborative design practice.

• 12+ years of experience in Product Design, working collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Design, UX Writers and UX Research teams.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing managers and individual contributors.
• A track record of shipping impactful features with uncompromisable attention to details and design excellence.
• Experience working with executives and senior leadership.
• Senior people management, team development, recruiting and org building experience
• Experience growing a strategic design practice within design teams.
• Organizational and analytical experience.
• Experience managing global teams.
