looking for an Engineering Group Lead to join the leadership of the Work Management group, the main product of monday, and lead an engineering group, be part of building the strategy and group goals, and continue to grow this amazing group, globally.

The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

• Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product:
• Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy, the goals, and the roadmap of the group and product
• Constantly growing the organization - Mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams
• Leading the execution of the group, working with groups leaders and tech leadership across monday, to make things happen

• Experience in leading a group of team, passion for building teams and growing talent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
• Experience building user facing products on the web in large scale
• Passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
